Returns Policy:
Seven day unconditional policy applies,
If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, then please contact me at karmen@teamspiritonline.com within 7 days to let me know you wish to return the item. I will email you the necessary instructions for returning the item. On return I will refund the cost of the item. However, I do not refund postage or the initial PayPal charges.

In detail - Return Policy
Karmen's Kreations is committed to delivering an excellent service and I
do accept returns within 7 working days of you receiving the item. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was
received in. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and all refunds
exclude the initial P&P charged.
Please remember colours can vary depending on individual
monitor settings. Also, because you are viewing the image on a monitor screen some colours may not seem as vivid.
All prints and paintings are packaged extremely carefully, fully protected and in custom boxes, consideration given to different types of canvas and sizes and appropriate adjustments in packaging made during the packaging process. I personally oversee the entire process - It would not benefit either party if their purchase were to be damaged on arrival, and this is kept in mind with every single order being shipped out. But of course there will always be the rare odd circumstance where a package is damaged by the carrier, If this is the case contact me at karmen@teamspiritonline.com within 7 days to let me know you wish to return the item. I will email you the necessary instructions for returning the item. On return I will refund the cost of the item. However, I do not refund postage.
Loss in shipping:
In the case of
loss, the customer gets a refund, the Postal / Courier service will supply the tracking receipt and evidence of lost in transit, prior to full refund by Karmen.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns:
All artwork is described and photographed as accurately as possible, although variations in individual PC monitor hues make it impossible for every artwork to look EXACTLY the same on every PC. Returns are accepted if an artwork arrives damaged or in the case of accidental typos in descriptions. I try to work with every customer to resolve any issues, but when no solutions may be available, my return policy is unconditional. Returns must be sent out with tracking/delivery confirmation within 1 week of receipt. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s).
Exchanges:
You can exchange for any reason an artwork you received for a similar sized/valued artwork that is available in my shop, just e-mail me upon receiving.
Review your Order
Please ensure you review your purchase prior to order. I
am not responsible if the customer has not read the title / description
of the item order. All listings are clearly marked as either 'Print' or 'Original
Oil Painting' or 'Miniature Print' and are placed in separate
categories.
Prints will arrive to you unframed.
Dispatches
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Postage costs stated are for Mainland UK only.
If your postcode is classed as Highlands, Isles, Northern
Ireland, or remote areas there is no additional charge. However, these will
take slightly longer to arrive.

I ship all art within two business days of purchase. If you need an expedited service, please email me for a quote PRIOR to purchasing.Overseas Customers

OVERSEAS
CUSTOMERS PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA TO PLACING YOUR ORDER AS OVERSEAS
CARRIER AND TRANSIT TIMES ARE FREQUENTLY CHANGING AND I WILL NEED TO
REVIEW CARRIER AND TRANSIT TIMES WITH THE ROYAL MAIL.
Currently Overseas Carrier and Transit Time:
USA: via UPS Ground, 1-6 business days transit time depending on your proximity to PA. If purchasing more then 1 item, shipping for each additional SAME SIZE artwork is FREE. Please email me with the items you are interested in for a combined quote prior to purchase if you are unsure.
CANADA: the UK, and some EU countries do not currently have size major limits imposed by USPS and I can therefore ship up to a 24x48" painting via USPS Priority Mail (Transit time 6-10 business days, barring unforeseen delays at your local customs).
AUSTRALIA: Shipping is via a shipping forwarder and is delivered to you via DHL/FedEx. This is currently the only way to ship at a reasonable rate for any size over 24x24", any other method would cost over $400, the approximate rate through the forwarder is $145. (Transit time 7-12 business days, barring unforeseen delays at your local customs).
Many countries do have size limits and the only possible way to ship a larger piece is with my forwarder using FedEx and DHL. Please e-mail me with your country and postal code for shipping info on a particular artwork
What CAN be shipped to most countries with USPS that do have the size limits:
ANY artwork UP TO 24"x24"
Artwork OVER 24"x24" such as (36x24 or 48x24) can ONLY be shipped via my forwarder who uses FedEx and/or DHL - 7-12 business days transit time
Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees
International buyers are responsible for any possible
customs/duties/taxes/broker fees, once the item arrives in country. Always
include your phone # when checking out with PayPal as phone #'s are required
for shipping labels and customs forms IN CASE your local carrier needs to reach
you upon arrival.
